Shipping: Orders for in-stock items are generally sent out within 3 days of receipt of payment and delivered within 10-14 working days. For custom/specialty orders or orders temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of any shipping delay exceeding three weeks. Shipment and Handling Charges are $8.95 for Canadian orders. For Rush delivery (2-3 business days), additional fees may apply. Additional charges may apply for packages weighing over 5 kg.

Foreign shipments: Shipments outside of Canada are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Duties, value added taxes, and postage expense for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please call or e-mail our customer service for more information.

Return and Exchanges: If you wish to return your purchase, follow the return instructions included with your shipping invoice. Returns should be sent by Canada Post. When returning a gift, please provide us with a name and address of the gift-provider. Returns of used, washed, or altered items are not accepted and return shipping costs are not refunded. However, If in any way your not fully satisfied with your product, please contact us. We are completely willing to work with you to make any additional adaptations.
