When & How will my purchase(s) be shipped?

Phone, mail, web and fax orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Most small orders (under 1 kg) are shipped via priority mail which takes approx 2-5 days nationwide. Larger orders (over 1kg) go via UPS Ground or Canada Post which can take approx. 2-10 working days.

How does being an American customer affect the shipment of my purchase?

American Orders are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5-14 business days. Actual postage fees for your package (based on destination) will be added to your invoice.

We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. In order to prevent back-orders, multiple shipments and all the problems associated with that, we will call or email to let you know if an item is out of stock.

All duties (if applicable) will be collected at the time of delivery.

What can I expect to pay to have my purchase shipped?

We charge a flat fee of $10.99 for orders over 500g within Canada.

If a facility is placing a larger order, we will assess exact shipping charges at time of shipment and add that to the invoice.

For orders outside of Canada (International, USA, Europe, etc) shipping charge will be determined by final destination and weight of goods purchased.

What if I want to return my purchase?

We value you as a long term customer. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

If an item has been customized - we will do everything possible to make it work for you.

How should I return my purchase to receive the money back guarantee?

If your not happy for any reason, feel free to return any product.

  1. Send your return back to us via insured mail. If we have made a mistake with your order, we will refund the postage.

  3. We will process your return right away. Within 2-3 weeks your account will be credited, or a refund or exchange will be at your door.
